Deposit / Cancellation Policies
50% of total cost is due at time of verbal booking.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival or November 1st for Holiday bookings.
Full payment required at time of verbal booking on reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or Nov. 1).
All cancellations outside 30 days (or Nov.1) are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
